Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition
The product must include original packaging
Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or improperly maintained may not qualify for return.

Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

Because many of our products are handmade, small variations in pattern, finish, or handle material are considered natural and not defects.

Photos of the product and packaging

We will review the request and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or approved refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error

Return Shipping
