Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The product must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Products that show signs of misuse, damage, improper care, or sharpening may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized knives
  • Used or damaged products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem with a replacement or refund if approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong product was sent
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning items.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production or shipping has not already started.

Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.
